Austin Coe

Austin Coe is an associate of Alex Bartko Law, bringing a depth of experience as a securities litigation associate from a large, multinational, and highly regarded firm in New York City. Austin brings a thoughtful, practical, and precise approach to assist his clients.

Raised in Atlanta but a longtime New Yorker, Austin completed his B.A. in East Asian studies at NYU. He then graduated with honors from Georgetown University School of Law, where he was a Staff Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law. Austin also received several awards for excellence in his coursework.

Following law school, Austin spent three years in private practice in New York City, representing clients in securities litigation actions.

Austin resides in Atlanta with his two dogs. In his spare time, you can find him reading and either at the dog park, gym, or the occasional concert.

  • Obtained a favorable verdict in a merger appraisal litigation on behalf of an insurance company following a bench trial in the Cayman Islands.
  • Obtained a favorable settlement agreement for an international corporation regarding federal securities claims.
  • Represented nationally recognized healthcare provider in federal securities class action, as well as related SEC and FINRA regulatory investigations.
  • Represented several high-profile clients in large, bet the company litigation, such as In re AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. Stockholder Litigation and Twitter v. Elon Musk, et al.
