Emily Northrip works closely with Alex Bartko on the firm’s operations and priorities while supporting its attorneys and clients in commercial litigation matters. Her role brings together legal work and the coordination needed to keep a growing firm running smoothly.
Emily brings experience from both private practice and in-house legal departments, including Cox Enterprises and Pep Boys. She has supported complex litigation and worked alongside in-house counsel and outside law firms through different stages of the litigation process. That background gives her an understanding of what clients need from their legal team and how to help matters move forward.
As Senior Paralegal, Emily assists with case management, discovery, document production, court filings and trial preparation. As Chief of Staff, she helps coordinate firm initiatives and works with Alex on the day-to-day priorities of the practice. She brings organization and practical problem-solving to both sides of her role.
