Shaniqua Singleton brings a depth of experience in complex litigation, regulatory compliance and strategic counseling to her practice. She was previously litigation counsel for a multinational automotive manufacturer, where she advised business and engineering teams on legal risks related to emerging automotive technologies, product liability, intellectual property and federal and state regulatory developments. Her guidance directly informed product launch strategies, marketing efforts and high-stakes litigation strategy.
Before moving in-house, Shaniqua spent nearly a decade at a national Am Law 100 law firm, starting as an associate and rising to partner. She represented national and international clients in high-stakes product liability, trade secret and contractual disputes, securing defense verdicts in trial and favorable pre-discovery resolutions in complex cases. She also has deep experience in employment law and executive agreements, internal investigations and EEOC matters.
In addition to her legal practice, Shaniqua is a frequent speaker and author on various topics including litigation trends, federal and state legislative updates and the legal implications of emerging technologies on business. She has been recognized as a Next Generation of Leaders (In-House) honoree by the 2026 Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards and received the Rising Star Award from the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, where she continues to serve as a Leadership Council member and volunteer.
Shaniqua earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law and graduated with highest honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is admitted to the Georgia Bar.
When she’s not practicing law, Shaniqua enjoys mentoring young attorneys, running, singing and writing music, and exploring the vibrant food and arts scene in Atlanta.
